AND ALMOST GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK WHEN I SAW THIS CHARGE ON MY CC ACCOUNT WHEN I HAVE BEEN DELIGENTLY TRYING TO BUILD MY FICO SCORE UP AND BUG MD ERRONEOUSLY CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR AUTHORIZATION TOTALLY DEFEATS THAT GOAL, AND BROUGHT MY SCORE DOWN 4 POINTS! AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THE DARN RAT IS STILL IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM!
EVERYDAY HE MAKES HIMSELF KNOWN BY SCRATCHING ON THE DOOR AND THE ONLY THING THAT DRIVES HIM AWAY FOR A WHILE IS AFTER I'VE THROWN EVERYTHING I CAN AT THE OUTSIDE OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR. MY KITCHEN DESK, WHERE I CONDUCT ALL MY BUSINESS AND ASSIST MY HUSBAND IN HIS LAW PRACTICE, IS RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE LAUNDRY ROOM. HEARING THAT RAT EVERYDAY AT THE LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR IS DRIVING ME CRAZY AND MAKES IT HARD FOR ME TO BE AS PRODUCTIVE AS I COULD BE, DUE TO THE FRUSTRATION. I WANT A FULL REFUND OF THE $249.21 I WAS ERRONEOUSLY CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT THAT DID NOTHING FOR MY PROBLEM.

They canceled my subscription riptide that I wS unaware of
After I called and said zi did not order and order only one. Didn't know they would automatically enroll me.
I spoke to a lady and she researched it and I already had just received the order but she canceled any future ones. I will see if so my bank has already been warned the lady was pretty helpful and assured me the subscription in CANCELLED

Still waiting for Return Label and refund confirmation for one pack of 78 mosquito stickers.
Only 2 of us, my husband & myself, 78 is plenty. My family has already bought.
Spoke to gal at Customer Service & she said returning was not a problem.
Call when I received merchandise & company would take care of the return. So far...nothing.

Taking my money before I got to see my total cost
So please watch out for shady business practices here. So I was so shocked & upset that BugMD (any business) would take my money/payment before I was given the total cost/price.
They just snatching my money before I got my total cash/price.
I thought the next meant preview but no it was to tell me they already processing my order & that is where my statement/cost. AFTER payment!!

Cannot contact company
I signed up for a subscription wanting to give this product a good try. It has not worked and I would like to contact the vendor and cancel.
I cannot find anyway to do this. Every site the computer sends me to is a vender and i cannot get any real info.

Not getting all the stuff thats comes wiyh the bottles
Got bottles and nothing else. Whatever goes in bottles is not with it. Need whatever you are supposed to put in it and don't have it, so I can get rid of the bugs and don't have it to do so with.
